Clinical documentation is one of the most important—and often most misunderstood—skills in court-involved practice. Records that are clear, accurate, behavior-based and professionally neutral can strengthen treatment, improve communication and protect both clients and clinicians. Documentation that becomes emotional, interpretive or advocacy-driven can create confusion, increase conflict and create unnecessary professional risk. This live CEU training provides a practical framework for creating neutral, defensible and court-ready clinical records in high-conflict and court-involved cases.
