All CEU classes include Ethics training. Professional training & continuing education are designed for licensed clinicians, pre-licensed under supervision professionals, attorneys, GAL's and the court who are working with families in court-involved or high-conflict settings. Managing Boundaries, Dual Relationships and Ethical Gray Areas in Clinical Practice

This ethics training helps clinicians strengthen professional boundaries while preserving warmth, rapport and therapeutic trust. Many boundary concerns begin subtly through over-availability, unclear expectations, blurred communication, excessive responsibility, dual-role pressure or the desire to be helpful. This course gives clinicians a practical structure for recognizing boundary drift before it becomes an ethical problem. Participants will review common boundary crossings, dual relationship concerns, warning signs, self-disclosure issues, digital communication challenges and the difference between compassionate care and over-functioning. A self-assessment will also be included. The training emphasizes ethical clarity, client welfare, clinician protection & sustainable clinical practice.
